    Zoe Provisions is dedicated to providing the highest quality products, therefore, due to health and hygienic reasons including the protection of COVID-19 Virus, we cannot accept returns of our Zoe Provisions products.

  • What is your shipping policy?
    Due to the speedy nature of our shipping team, once your order is placed, we cannot change your shipping address, information, or delay/postpone your order. For any questions regarding your shipping information, contact customer service at We take delight in making sure your Zoe Products are securely packed before leaving our warehouse, so it arrives well to each Life Seeker. Additionally, we use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail to ship our packages, which offer a service where your package can be tracked as well as insurance is included. Please not that once your order has left our shipping center and is in the hands of the postal courier, Zoe Provisions cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items.
