I love to exfoliate, once to twice a week has been the best for me. I daily use the Zoe Goat's Milk Soap Bar to cleanse my skin and to take off my makeup at the end of the day. My routine of skincare that Zoe Provisions has offered has dramatically taken my skin to another level!

One thing I do is choose organic, grass-fed beef, grass-fed lamb, wild-caught salmon for food items. Secondly, I read all my labels especially those things that I will place in my mouth or on my body. Thirdly, will not choose products that uses harmful ingredients like formaldehyde, mineral oil, synthetic colors or dyes, synthetic fragrances, triclosan, lead, parabens, toluene, phthalates, MSG, trans-fats, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, GMOs (genetically modified organisms), and BPA found in plastics.

My all time favorites are the Zivot, Vita and Vida collections! I love every product in the collections. I love the products Zoe Provisions has created and so does my skin! I can't forget the L'Chaim Eye Serum at how much better the elasticity of my eyes are after using it.
